Privacy Policy

How GlassTastic handles your information. Plain and short on purpose.

Effective date: September 29, 2026  ·  Last updated: September 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GlassTastic LLC ("GlassTastic," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or request a quote or service. We keep this plain and short on purpose.

The short version

  • We collect the details you give us (name, phone, email, address, and what you need done) so we can answer you, quote the work, and schedule it.
  • If you call, your call may be recorded so we can help you accurately. If an automated (AI) assistant ever handles your call, we'll tell you at the start. If you text us, you can opt out anytime by replying STOP.
  • We use cookies and advertising tools (like Google and Meta) to measure how our website and ads perform. We use them for measurement only.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is used to run GlassTastic's business.
  • You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our booking or contact form, call us, or text us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, a description of the glass work you need, and any photos or measurements you send.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our providers automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you reached the site. This is done through cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality, analytics, and measuring our advertising.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and answer questions
  • To measure, quote, schedule, and perform your glass work
  • To follow up about your project, appointment, or a completed job
  • To send you a confirmation or reminder by text or email about a request you made or service you booked
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website, and to measure how our advertising performs
  • To comply with the law and protect our legal rights

Phone calls and text messages (SMS)

Calls. When you call GlassTastic, your call may be recorded and transcribed so we can handle your request accurately. In the future, calls may be answered or assisted by an automated (AI) phone assistant so we can capture your request and respond quickly; if that happens, we tell you at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed for that purpose and to meet our business and legal obligations, and are stored by our phone and CRM providers. You can always ask to speak with a person or reach us by email instead.

Texts. If you give us your phone number when you contact us or book service, we may text you about that request: confirmations, scheduling, arrival windows, questions about the work, quotes, invoices, and follow-up on a completed job. We do not send promotional or marketing texts.

Program details. Message frequency varies based on your request and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of texts will not affect the glass services we provide you, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. For help, call or text (945) 307-2800 or email [email protected].

Providers. We use third-party phone, messaging, and CRM providers to send and receive these messages on our behalf. We do not share your phone number or your SMS opt-in with any third party for their own marketing, and we do not sell your phone number.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality, to understand how the site is used, and to measure how our advertising performs, for example to see which ads led people to contact us. We use tools from providers such as Google and Meta for this measurement.

We use these tools for measurement only. We do not use them to build advertising profiles about you or to follow you around the internet with ads, and we do not sell or share your information for anyone else's advertising. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings; some site features may not work as well if you do.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers who operate our tools on our behalf, for example our website platform and CRM, scheduling and messaging providers, and analytics/ad-measurement tools, and who may only use the information to provide those services to us.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety and that of others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Photos and property information

If you send us photos, measurements, or your property address, we use them to quote and perform the work. We will not use photos of your property in advertising, on social media, or on our website without your permission.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, complete your project, meet our business and legal obligations (such as tax, warranty, and insurance records), and resolve any disputes. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

  • Texts. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
  • Cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we're required to keep for tax, warranty, insurance, or legal reasons. Email [email protected] or write to us at the address below. We will respond within 45 days and may need to verify your identity first.

Texas residents. Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. To make a request, contact us below.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are directed to adults and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Our site may link to third-party sites (for example, our Google Business Profile or a review page). We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; review their policies separately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Effective date" and "Last updated" above and post the updated version on this page.
